With over 35yrs experience in Hospitality and Liquor retail, Sam has seen it all. The previous past President of the Liquor Store Association SA and inaugural board member of Retail Drinks Australia his passion for the industry has never waned.

His endless pursuit of tasting products to fill his store with amazing wines, spirits and all things alcohol is how he fills his days.

Jayme Wood|Operations Manager

Jayme started at PALS at the age of 19 as a part-time job whilst studying winemaking.

He soon discovered that retail was a perfect role for him. It allowed him to combine his first love of wine along with talents for identifying good beers and spirits.

Together with Sam he tastes every product to determine if they make it into the store.
